Texture & Emboss

Transfer textures into sheet metal using roller printing techniques. Then create a design that you would like to see embossed into another sheet of metal. You will transfer this design using a hydraulic press. Finish by using cold connection techniques to combine the two and make it into a fashionable pendant! Pre-requisite: Intro to Cold Connections. You will sure become wiser after taking this class that is packed full of a bunch of techniques. You'll first weave a cool tubular band, then create cool end caps that are finished with syringing and a couple of stone setting techniques. You'll learn how to attach metal clay to milled metal and a copper armature for a clean and secure bond. Pre-requisite: Intro to ACS or comparable. Materials list.
